        Great Product

        This is my 3rd towel tag and they are great. So many colorways and personalization to choose from. Usually rotate a couple bags a year and have a towel tag on each one.

        Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, stay away

        I emailed customer service a few minutes after order was placed asking to cancel because it was accidentally ordered. No response. Emailed again a few days later and no response. Went to customer service live chat and no one replied. You had no problem sending me an order shipped email a few days after that though. Literally the worst customer service ever, all for a $15 order. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

        I love the actual product. It really does a great job holding your towel in place. However, when choosing your color it does not show the colors with the names. I wanted the color that was more navy so I thought Royal Blue would be that color. I was wrong. Royal blue is the lighter of the blue colors so now I have a light blue that doesn’t go well with the rest of my bag. I’m not sure I’ll keep it on because it just doesn’t look right.
